Healthy Business Big impact from small decisions

It is the small decisions that count. It’s the slight turn of a keel on the Titanic that leads to destruction or success. It’s that decision to pay your employee on an hourly rate instead of salary that can make that hire profitable.

Subtle changes have big impact over time.

The key is being able to look ahead far enough to know what landmass you are headed towards and to make the slight change at that point.

It’s amazing how quickly a little decision can bottom out the cash flow of a healthy company. It doesn’t take long. And you’ll miss it if you’re at the cocktail party instead of the helm.
